Chickens don't like walking on snow, I have to shovel a path for them! |
There was fishing for ducks |

Three legged races with new friends, and newer friends |
Finnlee and her new friend Finn! |
The egg toss |
Even the adults got into the egg toss |
Chris and my Dad won! |
There were lots of animals to pet. This was the sweetest goat I've ever seen! |

They find |
Ancient tractor seat and pitch fork |
Old leather straps and buckles from horse harnesses and who knows what else |
Tin pails and other maple syrup processing equipment |
An old wood cook stove so rusted out that only this door could be salvaged. Findlay was a local stove manufacturer from many years ago |
The old sugar shack with grain processing equipment hidden in the rubble |
The swing provides hours of entertainment |
And there are lots of campfires. Even the chickens enjoy the campfire, or at least they enjoy stealing the food roasted on it |
